Options
Vented and Non-Vented Panels
The right soffit type depends on the attic ventilation design, existing conditions and the finish being matched. Options are reviewed during project assessment.
Vented Soffit
Perforated panels that allow intake airflow into the attic space, supporting the roof's overall ventilation system.
Non-Vented Soffit
Solid panels used where intake ventilation is not required at a given location, or where ventilation is handled elsewhere.
Aluminum Soffit
Low-maintenance metal panel option available in a range of finishes.
Vinyl Soffit
Cost-conscious panel option in standard profiles and colours.
