Roof-Edge & Rainwater Systems
Gutters, Soffit and Fascia for Ontario Properties
ARKSTRUX coordinates seamless gutters, on-site forming, soffit, fascia, downspouts and gutter guards around the complete roof edge. The scope is reviewed for drainage, ventilation, appearance and connections to the roofing and wall systems.

One Connected Roof Edge
Each Component Has a Different Job
Gutters collect roof runoff. Downspouts move it toward a suitable discharge location. Fascia creates and protects the visible roof-edge face. Soffit finishes the underside of the overhang and may support the intended roof-ventilation strategy when the roof assembly is designed for intake at the eaves.
These components meet each other continuously around the building. Reviewing them together helps coordinate colour, dimensions, fastening, outlets, corners and transitions before installation.

Gutters, Soffit & Fascia Services
Seamless Gutters
Continuous K-style gutters are formed to the required run lengths to reduce unnecessary intermediate joints. Size, outlets, hangers and downspouts are selected around the roof area and site conditions.
View Seamless GuttersOn-Site Gutter Forming
Gutter coil is formed at the project location to produce continuous lengths for the measured runs. This service can be coordinated with a complete ARKSTRUX gutter installation.
View On-Site Gutter FormingSoffit Installation
Vented or solid soffit finishes the underside of roof overhangs. The product and vented area must be coordinated with the actual roof-ventilation design.
View Soffit InstallationFascia Installation
Aluminum fascia covers the roof-edge face and creates a clean transition between the roof, soffit and gutter system. Existing wood conditions are reviewed before covering or replacement.
View Fascia InstallationDownspouts
Downspouts, elbows and extensions carry water from the gutter outlet toward the planned discharge point. Routing is reviewed around walls, openings, walkways and grade.
View DownspoutsGutter Guards
Gutter guards can reduce the amount of larger debris entering the gutter, but product selection, roof type and continued inspection still matter.
