Custom work is quoted from the confirmed material, dimensions, quantity, complexity, drawings, finish, access and installation scope. HST is additional.

Common Questions

Send drawings, a dimensioned sketch, photos, material preferences, quantity and the property address. We will identify any missing information needed for review.

A photo can communicate the visual intent, but actual dimensions, material, function and interfaces still need to be confirmed before fabrication.

Not by default. Engineering, architectural design and delegated-design responsibilities must be provided by the appropriate qualified party unless expressly included through a named consultant in the written scope.

One-off and repeat components may be considered, subject to material, dimensions, equipment capability and the coordinated installation scope.
